Shipping
- Orders usually take 2 weeks to process and ship. As a full-time college student running the shop on my own, delays happen. Message me here with your name and order number if you haven't received a shipping notification within 4 weeks. Thanks for choosing to shop slow, handmade fashion :)
- If your package is misplaced by USPS, I am unfortunately unable to replace your order, but I am happy to work out a solution with you if you contact me here.
Refunds & Returns
- Because byMazarineBlu is a one-woman business run by a full time college student, I am unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales are final.
Repairs
- byMazarineBlu offers free repairs on all pieces for life! The client is responsible for shipping, so clients outside of the US may want to check their local jewelry repair shop for a more cost effective option.
